Milestones and Cohort Overview

92 graduates · 6 countries · 78+ companies · MBA & Executive MBA

Cohort 64 brought together 92 professionals through an integrated graduation experience across Miami, Medellín, and virtual participation, reinforcing Westfield’s international and collaborative academic model.

The graduation experience included 14 graduates attending from Miami, 50 graduates participating from Medellín, and 28 executives joining virtually from different regions around the world, reinforcing how geographical boundaries are no longer a limitation for collaborative academic growth.

Participants completed their academic journey through the MBA and Executive MBA programs, with 56 graduates from the MBA program and 36 graduates from the Executive MBA program.

The cohort includes professionals representing the United States, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador and Chile, reflecting the international diversity that characterizes the cohort.

Participants represent middle-management and senior leadership positions, including directors, managers, consultants, project leaders, and operations executives across sectors such as technology, energy and fuels, construction and manufacturing, financial services, consumer goods, and logistics.

Graduates also represent more than 78 organizations, including companies such as IBM; Amarent Bank, Globant, Es Windows, Tecnoglass, Rappi, Quimtia, Aureon Risk Technologies SAC, Metal Pren, Terpel, Auteco, Brinsa, Protección, and Grupo Nutresa.

Leadership Perspectives and Human-Centered Vision

Throughout the ceremony, speakers and academic leaders shared reflections focused on leadership, people, and long-term thinking.

Antonio Navarrete, keynote speaker of the event, invited graduates to reflect on leadership responsibilities and the importance of maintaining a people-centered perspective within evolving organizational environments.

“An organization may have the best strategy, the best technology, or the best products, but if it does not take care of its people, sooner or later it will weaken. Putting people at the center means recognizing their dignity, their talent, and their potential for development in an integral way.”

This perspective reinforced the importance of understanding leadership beyond operational or financial outcomes, recognizing people as a central dimension of leadership and organizational development.

The ceremony also highlighted the importance of long-term vision as organizations continue adapting to changing business environments.

“Companies that incorporate sustainability into their strategy reduce risks, strengthen their reputation, respond more effectively to customer and employee expectations, and prepare themselves confidently for the future. This graduation should be experienced as a turning point: an open invitation to look at your professional journey through a new lens.”

These reflections positioned leadership as a long-term commitment to creating value that extends beyond organizations and reaches people, communities, and future generations.

Following Westfield’s tradition of recognizing academic excellence through student participation, Cohort 64 recognized faculty members whose contribution significantly influenced the academic experience.
