From June 22 to June 26, 2026, Westfield Business School will launch a new edition of Global Immersion Weeks, bringing together 276 participants through international and virtual learning experiences designed to strengthen leadership capabilities across different business environments. Through experiences in Boston, Madrid-Granada, and the Global Immersion Week virtual: On-Lead Week, participants will engage with diverse leadership perspectives, business contexts, and learning environments that complement their academic journey and professional development.
As part of Westfield’s experiential learning model, Global Immersion Weeks connect academic frameworks with real-world environments where leadership, strategy, and decision-making are explored through direct interaction with experts, institutions, organizations, and global perspectives.
These experiences are designed to complement the academic journey by providing participants with opportunities to engage beyond the traditional classroom, exposing them to diverse approaches to leadership development within different organizational and business contexts.
Three Experiences, One Leadership Journey
The June 2026 edition brings together three complementary experiences, each approaching leadership from a different perspective while sharing a common objective: developing leaders capable of navigating complexity, uncertainty, transformation, and long-term decision-making.
Throughout the week, participants will engage in:
• Sustainable Leadership & Development — Boston
• Transformational Leadership — Madrid-Granada
• On-lead Week — Global Virtual Experience
Together, these experiences create a multidimensional learning journey where participants explore leadership through sustainability, transformation, strategic reflection, and practical application.

Sustainable Leadership & Development — Boston
The Boston experience explores leadership through the lens of sustainability, systems thinking, and long-term impact.
Participants engage with environments where innovation, research, and institutional leadership converge to address complex global challenges. Through exposure to academic ecosystems, executive perspectives, and collaborative learning experiences, attendees examine how leadership decisions influence organizations, communities, and broader systems over time.
The experience reinforces the importance of balancing performance, responsibility, and impact while preparing leaders to operate within increasingly interconnected environments.
Transformational Leadership — Madrid-Granada
The Madrid and Granada experience focuses on leadership within environments shaped by transformation, adaptation, and continuous change.
Participants explore how leaders interpret context, align vision with execution, and guide organizations through evolving realities. Through executive sessions, immersive experiences, and exposure to different organizational perspectives, the program examines how leadership enables transformation while maintaining strategic clarity and organizational purpose.
The experience highlights the role of leadership in navigating complexity and driving meaningful change across diverse business environments.
On-Lead Week — Global Virtual Experience
Complementing the in-person experiences, On-Lead Week provides participants with access to a virtual environment designed to expand perspectives and challenge conventional approaches to leadership.
Through conversations with recognized experts, multidisciplinary viewpoints, and strategic reflection, participants explore leadership from multiple angles while strengthening their ability to understand complexity, identify opportunities, and respond effectively to emerging challenges.
The virtual experience reinforces the idea that leadership development extends beyond geography and can be enriched through global dialogue, critical thinking, and continuous learning.

Leadership Beyond the Classroom
Global Immersion Weeks form an integral part of the Westfield Business School learning experience.
By combining international exposure, executive interaction, institutional visits, and virtual engagement, participants gain perspectives that complement academic knowledge and strengthen their ability to connect theory with practice.
These experiences provide opportunities to understand how leadership is exercised across different business environments while fostering a broader understanding of strategy, decision-making, innovation, sustainability, and organizational transformation.
As participants begin this new Global Immersion Week journey, they become part of a learning experience designed to connect leadership development with real-world challenges, global perspectives, and meaningful professional growth.

The June 2026 Global Immersion Weeks represent three complementary pathways for leadership development.
Through Sustainable Leadership & Development in Boston, Transformational Leadership in Madrid, and the multidimensional perspective of On-Lead Week, participants will engage with different business environments that expand their understanding of leadership in practice.
