Each program defines its own experience requirements.
GMAT or GRE scores are not required for admission.
Admissions Process
The process has five steps:
Before you begin, download the admission application form.
Complete it and send it to admissions@westfield.edu to officially start your process.
- Reception of the application. Complete the downloaded application form with your personal information, education, and experience, and send it to admissions@westfield.edu.
- Eligibility check. We verify that you meet the minimum degree and experience requirements.
- Interview. An admissions representative reviews your résumé and interviews you by phone.
- Committee evaluation. The Admissions Committee decides on your acceptance into the selected program.
- Decision. You receive the decision by email.
After acceptance, you must pay the registration fee within ten calendar days. This payment secures your place for the assigned enrollment period and the following two enrollment periods of the same program.
Documentation for the Interview
For the admission interview, please present:
– Photocopy of your undergraduate diploma.
– Copy of your ID or passport.
– Updated résumé in English or Spanish.
Documentation After Acceptance
Once admitted, submit notarized copies of:
– Undergraduate diploma.
– Undergraduate transcript.br
– ID or passport. Official notarized copy of the first page.
– Updated résumé in English, no official translation required.
– Passport-size photograph.
– Signed enrollment agreement.
Evaluation of Foreign Degrees
If your degree was issued by an institution outside the United States, submit:
– Official copy of the degree, notarized and translated into English by a certified American Translators Association (ATA) translator.
– Official copy of the transcript, translated into English by a certified ATA translator.
– An official academic evaluation confirming that your degree is equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree. The evaluation must be performed by an agency that is a member of AICE or NACES.
You may arrange the evaluation on your own or through Westfield for an additional fee.
Language Requirement
If English is not your native language and you did not earn your degree from an institution where English is the language of instruction, demonstrate your proficiency with one of the following results:
- TOEFL PBT: 60
- TOEFL iBT: 71
- IELTS: 6.5
- Pearson PTE Academic: 50
- Duolingo English Test: 100
- Michigan English Test (MET, 4 skills): 55
- Michigan ECCE: 650/LP
- Michigan ECPE: 650/LP
Programs Taught in Spanish
If Spanish is not your native language and you did not earn your degree from an institution where Spanish is the language of instruction, take the SIELE exam from Instituto Cervantes with a B1 level or higher on the CEFR scale. If you already earned your degree in Spanish, you do not need to demonstrate language proficiency.
Notice: Please note that completing a course or program in a language other than English may reduce employability where English is required. Graduates from any of the Westfield Business Spanish-speaking programs may encounter limitations in the United States due to the fact that most businesses require fluency in the English language.

Submission Deadline
We must receive all documentation before classes begin.
Failure to meet these requirements on time will prevent you from enrolling.
Credential Evaluation Service
If your undergraduate degree was obtained outside the United States, the Commission for Independent Education (CIE) of the Florida Department of Education requires an evaluation by a credential agency that is a member of AICE or NACES.
The evaluation must confirm that your academic degree is equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s Degree.
This service can be completed independently or through Westfield Business School (includes translation and official evaluation).
Requirements:
- Notarized copy of your academic transcripts .
- Notarized copy of your academic degree
Service fees vary depending on document complexity and country of origin. Consult your assigned tutor for pricing and conditions.
Important
- Evaluations from non–AICE or non–NACES agencies are not accepted.
- All required documentation must be received before classes begin. Students who fail to meet these requirements will not be able to obtain their degree.

Is an admission test required?
No, Westfield Business School does not require GMAT or GRE exams for any program.
We recognize that most of our students are working professionals who balance their careers, studies, and family responsibilities.
Our admission process focuses on your professional experience, recognitions, and achievements to ensure your profile aligns with the program requirements. An interview is conducted to review your background and goals.
Is the Westfield degree accepted in my country?
Yes. The Westfield Business School diploma is an official and accredited U.S. degree recognized by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC) and the Florida Department of Education.
If you wish to validate your degree outside the United States, please check the requirements of your country’s Ministry of Education. This is a personal process independent of Westfield Business School.
