Cohort 63 is composed of 111 professionals representing more than 47 organizations across 12 countries. Graduates participated through in-person ceremonies in Medellín and Miami, as well as via virtual attendance, reinforcing Westfield’s hybrid and international academic model.
Participants hold senior leadership positions, including Vice Presidents, Regional Managers, Program Directors, and Technical Directors across sectors such as technology, financial services, and energy. This diversity highlights a global network of executives actively shaping strategic decision-making within their organizations.




























Academic Experience and Faculty
Cohort 63 is distinguished as the first group to complete its programs under an updated learning approach focused on applied methodology and executive formation. The academic experience emphasized synchronous discussions, collaborative teamwork, and structured debate sessions, enabling participants to engage actively with peers and faculty while strengthening critical thinking and decision-making in real-world contexts.


The cohort was guided by distinguished faculty members, including Eva Cerrolaza, recognized as Outstanding Practitioner Faculty, and Gustavo Calvo, selected as Outstanding Lecturer Faculty, whose academic excellence and professional experience contributed to a rigorous, balanced, and impactful learning environment.
The graduation ceremony also featured an international keynote by Tsahala David, reinforcing Westfield’s global academic perspective.
