      Master's Degree | STEM (Blended Format in Miami)

      You train holistically as:

      Self-Assessment Track + personalized mentoring. Start by discovering your purpose, leadership style, and unique potential.

      Develop the skills to lead and make informed, sustainable decisions, whether from a management or analytical perspective.
      You learn through the Case Method, applied content, and the guidance of two instructors per course:

      • Lecturer (PhD): Brings theoretical depth and academic rigor.
      • Practitioner: Offers practical insight from real business experience.

      Deepen your specialization and apply advanced tools through a Capstone Project that connects your learning to real-world business challenges.

       Complement your theoretical and practical learning with International Experiences, giving you the opportunity to engage with global business leaders.

      You start by taking leadership training modules. In the first stage of the master’s program, we help you build your best version by identifying your life project, learning style, leadership style, and the application of your managerial skills in VUCA environments. The module you can take is: Track of the self + Mentoring by: A consultancy firm with the purpose of training transformative leaders through self-knowledge.

       

      You acquire practical knowledge about the dynamics of the business world by applying knowledge in the CORE block. We design the study material for our classes so you can learn with exclusive content through the Case Method. You are accompanied by 2 professors  per course:

      In this component of the program, you deepen your knowledge and transfer credits to obtain a second European master’s degree thanks to the International Partnership with EIG.

      You complement the theoretical and practical training of the modules with International Experiences that allow you to interact with global business leaders.

      GLOBAL IMMERSION WEEKS

      Connect with global leaders through our in-person and virtual international experiences. Participate in corporate visits, strategic workshops, and meetings with key business figures.
