From October 19 to 23, 2026, Westfield Business School will hold two Global Immersion Week experiences in Munich, Germany, and Silicon Valley–San Francisco, California.
The programs will explore complementary perspectives on business transformation: Global Impact Ecosystems in Munich and Business Model Design, Innovation & Transformation in Silicon Valley.
Through academic sessions, business visits, and practical activities, participants will examine how organizations approach leadership, innovation, and strategic decision-making in different business environments.
Munich — Global Impact Ecosystems
The Munich experience will focus on how organizations, industries, and stakeholders contribute to business ecosystems with global impact.
The agenda includes sessions and activities related to sports management, mobility, sustainability, and organizational leadership. Participants are scheduled to explore business perspectives associated with FC Bayern Munich, BMW, Adidas, Allianz, and Siemens.
The program will also address artificial intelligence in sports, organizational transformation, and the Triple Bottom Line approach to business decisions.
Silicon Valley — Business Model Design, Innovation & Transformation

The Silicon Valley–San Francisco experience will examine how companies develop business models, foster innovation, and respond to technological change.
Activities are scheduled at Plug and Play, alongside sessions on artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, design thinking, and innovation management.
The agenda also includes a mini-hackathon, company visits, and a Stanford tour, providing different perspectives on innovation and business transformation.
Learning Through International Business Experiences
Both Global Immersion Weeks combine academic discussion with exposure to business environments and opportunities for strategic reflection.
In Munich, participants will examine the relationships between leadership, industry, and global business ecosystems. In Silicon Valley, they will explore approaches to innovation, emerging technologies, and organizational transformation.
These experiences reflect Westfield Business School’s educational focus on connecting academic learning with professional challenges and the Triple Bottom Line perspective of People, Planet, and Profit.
