Global Immersion Week
Madrid & Granada: Transformational Leadership

Where leadership evolves through context, culture, and transformation.

Madrid’s urban landscape and Granada’s historical depth reflect environments where tradition and transformation coexist, shaping how leadership is understood and applied.

Global Immersion Week at Westfield Business School is designed to connect academic frameworks with real-world environments. Through academic sessions, business exposure, and cultural immersion, participants engage directly with contexts that influence how organizations evolve.

Each destination represents a distinct strategic environment. In Madrid and Granada, the focus centers on how leaders interpret context, navigate change, and drive transformation within complex environments.

Strategic Focus – Madrid & Granada

Madrid and Granada offer a perspective where leadership is shaped by context, history, and continuous transformation.

Organizations operate within environments influenced by economic shifts, cultural dynamics, and institutional frameworks. Leadership becomes the ability to interpret these variables, align vision with reality, and guide organizations through evolving conditions.

Participants explore how transformation is led, communicated, and sustained across different organizational and cultural contexts.
